I know dogs since a young age as I always had friends that had their furry companions with them when going out, but my main experience as a dog walker goes back to when I actually did this job for almost a year while job hunting.

During this time I used to walk a group of three dogs on a daily basis (Mon - Fri). My hour long walks were based on making sure they had plenty of fun time while at the park allowing them to run freely where this was consented and playing fetch with them generally with twigs or small branches, and occasionally with tennis balls that could be more or less chewed. I took good care of my pooches, always made sure that they were well hydrated, that I had their treats with me as well as their poo bags, and by respecting their needed time to smell all the surroundings as inconvenient as it was at times.

While providing this service I've also been asked by two different owners to dog sit their dogs as well while they were away, which I was more than happy to do. To my delight both owners had cats as well which meant that I had to pet sit the whole lot on both occasions. I can't describe how happy I was as I love being in company of animals and having being raised with a cat myself, not to say that I own one too now! I really enjoyed the entire time I've been with them.
