I have just returned home from Stoke Newington and a long assignment of three weeks which I enjoyed so much! I was looking after Dingo and Foxy two long-haired Chiwawas and a young cat this lady found! They all live happily together.
This lady went on a cruise to Cape Town. I have looked after her dogs many times now but this was the longest stay and she always chooses me to go back and help her out! She has friends and neighbours but wants me there as she says her animals are totally relaxed with me.
I walked them twice a day sometimes three times a day. Played with them, fed them and kept them company. One of the dogs Foxy is getting old now and needs extra care and attention, which I was happy to give! I have always loved animals especially dogs and they love me back!

Before I moved to Durham/Northumberland area I ran Scallywaggz in Essex and had many happy clients. I boarded several dogs at my house, and they came back over and over again. I have walked many dogs also and this was on a daily and weekly basis but I have become good friends with all the owners and of course their lovely pets. Some of the dogs I have looked after have been:- Mollie - Cocker Spaniel, Hercules & Chaos - Springer Spaniels, Lulu - Labradoodle, Robbie - Shih-Poo, Tazzy - German Shepherd, Leigha - Greyhound, Megan and Grace - Border Collies, Lola - Labrador, Cuba - Dachshund, Freddie - Setter to name but a few.

Qualified Dog Sitter With Veterinary And Training Qualifications
I have had one of the most humbling and pleasurable experience looking after Alfie the 12 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who has been blind in both eyes for a year.
His spirit, affection and courage were outstanding and completely compensated for his disability. His hearing was very acute and he always knew where I was, even looking in my direction most of the time. He knew how not to bump into me, despite just catching and bumping into solid, inanimate objects as he passed by them.
Well done to Paula and Chris for the love and care you give to this wonderful dog. It was a real honour to look after him this weekend, and I look forward to looking after him again. Thanks to Dog Walking Now for helping us to meet.

Since being on Dog Walking Now from October 2015 I have provided some Doggy Day Care for Bertie, a young Chocolate Lab & Amy, an 8 year old Golden Retriever, I have visited Stanley (Cocker Spaniel) & Bob (Shih Tzu) daily in their own home for a week & have had a sweet little Westie called Betsy to stay for the week. A regular visitor has been another Bertie, a very entertaining Sprockerpoo, who has had his third holiday with me earlier this year (2018)& I look forward to having him to stay again in September & November. Stanley & Bob also came to stay for two short breaks in 2017 & earlier this year & then I went to stay with them in their own home for fortnight last month. I've found some great new walks & it's a great way to spend time in our lovely countryside.

Qualified Dog Sitter With Veterinary And Training Qualifications
This is a tribute to a lovely dog I had the honour to look after through Dog Walking Now. I had the opportunity of being a dogsitter in a situation which involved calming a 15 year old lurcher who was deaf and blind and moved home. She had been attacked by her daughter, who had to be rehomed just before the first time I sat for them. Following the trauma, I helped her to regain her confidence and place in the pack with her grandaughter and grandson and her two great grand puppies where she could accompany us on walks and be respected by the other dogs. The four of them would trot ahead of me on leads with Granny Lurcher (Tiger) bringing up the rear off the lead, when she became elderly. Tiger, you were one of the bravest dogs I have had the pleasure of looking after and I miss you very much.

Christine Atkins was able to look after my setter at very short notice when my usual dog sitters couldn’t help. As a result I was able to have great couple of days on the water.
Fingal had a good time too!

Meg really enjoyed being around my own two dogs and the attention I gave her, she even took her very first paddle in a stream when out walking which surprised me as her owner believed she didn’t like the water! Thanks Dog Walking Now. All my friends I walk I love dearly. I am used to large breeds as I have three Great Danes of my own. Due to my schedule I can walk my friends on a one to one basis so I can spend quality time with them. It’s all about great care and having fun.
