About Me/ Company

Having always loved animals it’s a dream of ours that has finally come true. Walking our dog one afternoon myself and my husband had one of those light bulb moments, where we realised doing something we love we could turn into our business. Having animals ourselves we know what it is like going away for a weekend and trying to find someone to feed the cats through to just needing an extra pair of hands occasionally.

I grew up on a farm, so being a farmer’s daughter I have experience with a variety of animals from ducks to peacocks and kittens to puppies. When I met my husband Andrew and found out that he had grown up with 9 cats we realised very quickly that we both love animals. So we both didn’t need much persuasion to be where we are today with Sit and Stay MK.

We are fully insured and CRB checked and are firm believers in treating an animal as if it were our own. We all love that feeling of getting a new pet but that feeling on a Monday morning knowing that you have to leave your new addition home alone is not a nice one. However with the services we provide you can go to work and know that your new baby will get as much love and attention as if you were at home.

We want to make sure that you and your pets needs are met, which is why it’s so important for us to come to your home to meet you and your pets to fully understand your routine and so that your pets feel right at home with us and at the end of a long day or a weekend away you can come home, put your feet up and enjoy some quality time with your animals.

Puppy and Kitten Checks

Who wants to go to work on Monday mornings after getting a new addition to your family? Well this is where our Puppy and Kitten checks come in handy. These tend to last 25 - 30 mins

1 Play per day £7.00
2 Plays per day £12.00

Other Services

Dog Walking
We ensure that your dog is walked for the full time allocated. We make sure to add extra time so we can re fill the water bowl when we return and maybe dry off if it's been a rainy day.

1 hour Dog Walk £10.00 + £5.00 for an extra dog
30 min Dog Walk £6.00 + £3.00 for an extra dog

Maximum of 4 dogs on a walk, only if you are happy with your dog walking with others. If not we can certainly accommodate a one on one walk.

We do not offer any boarding services.

Pet Visits

Maybe your dog is a little bit older and doesn’t need to be walked but does need someone to pop in to give them fuss and attention in the day or even have medicine administered. Our Pet Visits are where to look and these tend to last 20-25 mins.

Small Pet Visits

If it’s your fish that need feeding while your away at a family wedding or maybe it’s the pet hamster. Our small pet visits are perfect for your every need.
