About Me/ Company

My Name is Ash & I'm Based in Guildford Surrey & Recently set up Paws in Motion Dog Walking & Pet Care.

I have 3 Dogs of my own and teach and compete at agility.

I love working with all animals but my true love will always be my dogs. I'm very lucky to do a job that I love to do and spend walking with so many lovely dogs and looking after all sort of animals.

Before I take on any dogs for walking, I would like to meet you and your dog for a short walk to discuss any issues and to answer any question you may have.

Previous Experience

I have always had dogs, cats around whilst growing up and also a lot of other animals from rabbits, hamsters and I even help my dad when I was younger to hand reared a squirrel, which became a family friend along with a chipmunks, Avery birds.

I got our Collie Cross Ben when he was 8 weeks old for my son 1st birthday, Scott had been very ill in hospital and we needed something for him to focus on. These two become one and were never apart, he was the gently giant that everybody loved, Sadly we lost Ben when he was 14 years old.

I got into agility through having a problem collie cross, Called Alfie, the agility did changed his life completely. After Alfie I went back to full time work, it was the longest and the hardest time not having a dog around (9 Year gap) When I decided to Look for a rescue, We found a Collie cross called York but now named Kye, he was about 8 months old when we got him and straight away he went into training for agility, he's now 10+. 2 Years down the line I found another rescue, A border Collie called Angelica now Tess, Tess was about a year old & very hard work she had been Chained up and starved. Frightened of anything and everything, Until she was introduced to agility. In the 5 years that I have had her she has been amazing. Shot through the Grades at agility and loves everybody. Then came along Doc my Border Collie pup, we got Doc at 7 Weeks and he is now 9 months and enjoying his foundation work for agility and has passed his Bronze Good Citizenship award

Qualifications & Training

Over the years I have had a lot of personal experience with dogs as they have always been part of my life. When I was younger I use to walk all the neighbours dogs for them.
I've been training my dogs at agility for about 12 years and teaching for 3 years.
