About Me/ Company
Hi, my name is Gill. I am a 46 year old, health care professional who loves dogs of all shapes and sizes. I would like to help owners and their pets on an ad hoc basis or as a regular commitment, in order to make both parties happy, whether this be a 5 min walk or to cover a longer period of absence.
I am happy to walk more than one dog belonging to one owner, or your dog with one other dog, but I do not walk large groups.
I am always guided by the owner as to how you want your dog walked.
I am CRB cleared.
Previous Experience
I have owned dogs for the past 15 years and have found they bring me much happiness and relaxation. Currently I have 4 miniature longhaired dachshunds.
I would not walk my dogs with yours.
I have now been dog walking independently for the past 2 years and get much enjoyment and satisfaction out of it. On my books I currently have a lurcher, labrador, collie, papillions and mini schnauzers.
Qualifications & Training
I am a nurse and have also had sick dogs myself, so feel able to deal with many 'special needs' of our furry friends.
Although I am not a qualified trainer, I have attended many training classes with my own dogs over the years, and have built up considerable knowledge and skills in how to train little paws to do what we want them to!!
