Temper: Rescue dog, so gets very worked up around other dogs - needs to be kept on the lead at all times and the walker must try to avoid other dogs. Will be nervous of the new walker at first so we would need a visit so Sammy gets used to you. Otherwise he's a lovely, intelligent, cuddle-loving boy!

Details:
Myself and my wife are looking for a dog walker to take our staffie Sammy out for an hour-long walk every day from 16th March til 30th March (14 days).
Sammy is a rescue dog and has had bad experiences with other dogs when he was younger, so it's important to keep him on the lead and away from other dogs on his walks as he becomes aggressive. He didn't get too much lead training when he was younger so he can pull a bit on the lead (and is a strong boy!) but it's a very good workout! He would need to be walked on his own, not as part of a group walk.
He would also need to meet the walker beforehand with us present so he gets to know the walker a bit, as he's nervous around new people. We would be happy to pay for your time.
He's a lovely dog, but has had a tough start in life! Our neighbour would be feeding/boarding him so we'd introduce you to her.
