Our mother has early onset dementia and refuses to see that it’s important to let her little dog out for a wee before 10.30!! She messes about upstairs in the morning getting ready and by the time she’s come downstairs, poor little Ellie is having accidents in her bed. This is leading to a skin condition. If we can’t sort this out then we will have to give Ellie away which will be very sad.We live 2 hours away and see mum on a very regular basis but this is something that we need help with. We are looking for a very kind and understanding discreet local lady to come and quietly let herself in and take little Ellie out, across the road and along a lane to a patch of grass where she can perform. Mum is on her own and not very trusting- unfortunately however lovely a prospective gentleman walker would be- in her state of mind she would not contemplate a man walking into her home. I apologise to the male population! Is there any body out there?
