Details:
We are looking for an experienced, professional dog walker who loves what they do and has a sound understanding of dogs. We have 3 dogs who are all very different! Buddy (5 yrs, whippet cross) is nervous of new dogs and sounds but he will thrive with a confident handler. Zena (4 yrs) has a superb nature and is your typical energetic, fun loving Staffy. Spike is very friendly but best kept on a lead as he is prone to go for little adventures...! He is 10 and has had a turbulent past (I've known him since he was a pup though) sadly but is now really thriving. He can be wary of new dogs. Buddy should be kept on a lead unless in an enclosed area.in case he gets spooked as once or twice he has run home! He is the most affectionate dog I've ever known once he knows you :)
My partner works offshore, so if he is away and I am at work (Teacher) we need a walker. But I'm currently expecting a baby, so I'm looking for someone long term as we don't have any family nearby and I'd really appreciatethe help over the next few years! I feel it would also help to have a few days a week for you to walk them regularly whether I'm work or not to keep routine and give me a break as I grow haha... I'm willing to pay a little extra for mileage if you are slightly further away than you would usually be willing to travel.
They really are a lovely bunch. I'd be happy if you walked them in 2 sets at first to get to know them and will pay you for this accordingly.
