My boyfriend and I recently bought a house in Borehamwood (WD6) and now own an 9 week old Beagle puppy (Dexter). Unfortunately I work in Bedford and my boyfriend is a teacher in a school in Richmond (London) which is quite far away. My boyfriend tends to leave for work at around 6.45am and I leave at around 7.30am. We both do not get home until about 6pm. As you can imagine that’s far too long for a dog and especially a puppy to be alone. I have a more flexible schedule and tend to work from home at least 2 days a week. This is usually a Friday but the other day varies week to week.
As my dog is still young we initially need someone to make 2 visits per day, 3 days a week. Some weeks it may be 4 days a week. If a pick up and drop off service is available then we would be interested in a day care option. I would be in the position to book the days a week in advance.
We are only prepared to pay £15 a day for a day care option ( including pick up and drop off). This would be the ideal service. Otherwise, £7 for 2 visits a day.
