Details:
reliable and trustworthy experienced person required to for dog day care on Wednesdays and Fridays. Hours are negotiable depending on location. If close enough to Aspatria and able to collect and drop the dogs 1/2 days would be ideal, further afield would require us to drop the dogs so will need to be located towards the West and would then be for full days. Dogs are retired Trailhounds who now live inside as family pets. Lovely, affectionate quiet dogs who are good with people, all types of animals and responsible children.
As a result of their backgrounds they will need a securely fenced environment and to be walked on the lead, as their noses can still cause "selective deafness". Some experience of Trailhounds/ hounds as a breed would be beneficial. Full up to date vaccinations including Kennel cough.
One dog is very laid back the other is much more nervous and both relax better in a calm environment. We are looking for some-one who can work with our dogs in a quiet and positive way to help them settle into the new routine. Appropriate dog day care insurance is essential.
