About Me/ Company

I'm a mature animal lover who enjoys the company of Dogs and cats. I'm able to walk your dog or feed your cat if you live in the Warwick Gates / Heathcote area of Warwick. Subject to availability I can also look after animals in CV31 / CV32 / CV34 / CV35 / CV37 areas on a day-time basis. I'm willing to come and stay with your dog over the school or summer holidays if you live a little further away.

Previous Experience

Dog owner for over 20 years, Bassett Hound, Heinz 57's Red Setter and Springer Spaniels.

Cat owner for over 30 years. Interested in cat behaviour.

Have looked after / dog walked Siberian Huskies, Doodles, Setters, Retrievers, Springers, Jack Russells, Cairns and quite a few 'heinz 57's'.

I have had dogs, horses, ponies and cats most of my life. I no longer ride but can still 'muck out', groom and turn out horses if needed.

Relevant Info

I am very quiet around animals, prefering for them to 'come to me' rather than try and be their best friend immediately. Pets do seem to respond quite well to me, dogs that I am told are excitable sleep on my feet when I go to meet them and talk to their owners. Dogs that pull on the lead usually walk quite calmly with me. Anti-social cats tend to ask to be petted.

I think the animals sense I'm a kind person but no push over - there is also the 'cupboard love' thing - I'm the nice lady who only does nice things with them . . . .
