About Me/ Company

I am a classical musician in my early 30s from New Zealand, now living in South East London. I've grown up with hairy, four-legged family members since I was a baby, and as an adult, I raised a lovely labrador called Bruno from a pup.
I love getting out to explore London with an eager canine companion, adore hairy cuddles and smooches, and if you have house rules like 'no dogs on couches', I know to be firm. I'm also happy to look after other furry family-members (I have just as much experience with cats), or to puppy-sit for new-borns while they're too little to be left alone.

Previous Experience

I have been dog-sitting professionally in Berlin for the last 6 months (Momo, the Shitzu. Very small. Very bossy. Very cute. ) Additionally, I was raised in a house that always included at least one dog. In my mid-twenties I adopted a beautiful black labrador pup at 6 weeks old - he was diagnosed with arthritis at 6 months, so over the following 2 years I became very well-versed in joint care, exercise alternatives and, finally, palliative care. (He was put to sleep when he was 3 years old, having lived a far longer and happier life than our vet ever predicted.)

Qualifications & Training

None in petcare or vet services, I'm afraid - but I do have a Bachelor of Music, Master of Music and PhD in Musicology, and now work as a freelance orchestral conductor. Relevant Info

£15 for a 90 minute run/play; £30 for 4 hours of play and rest; £40 for a full work day. All of these are negotiable, so please just let me know what you need and we can discuss your budget. I can't take an animal overnight at my apartment, but am a safe, clean non-smoking, reliable person if you need someone to stay in-house overnight.
