About Me/ Company

Welcome to Henry's Dog sitting and Pet Sitting Service's. We are a mother and daughter venture situated in the centre of Weston-super-Mare in North Somerset. I am 50 years old, a mother of 4 and have had lots of experience of owning pets such as Horses, Dogs, Cats and Rabbits.

Tiffany is 19 years old, and together we live with my younger son, (aged 15), Henry (Labrador dog- hence the name of our business!), Lottie & Lola our two hamsters and Mrs.D our degu.

My daughter and myself, are non-smokers and have been police checked.

Previous Experience

We have experience of working with Horses, Exotics, small furries (Mice, Degus, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas, Hamsters) etc. We have also owned cats.

Qualifications & Training

Tiffany has studied Animal Care for several years at college and has acquired up to BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Animal Management, at Merit level.

We have both taken an Animal First Aid course to put both our minds at rest.

Taking bookings for individual walks, group walks, pop=in visits, overnight stays in the clients home and dog sitting in the clients home.

Other Services

Dog Walking:

Please ensure your dog or puppy is up-to date will all vaccinations., flea and worming treatments.

We will always keep your dog on the lead.

We will always pick up what your dog leaves behind and dispose of it correctly.

We will towel dry your dog to ensure he/she is dry and without muddy paws.

We will keep a walking log which will include duration of walk, location, price, if she/he has gone to the toilet etc.

You will always be given our contact number incase you need to get hold of us during an emergency.

We can walk your dog on a one to one basis but if you have more than one then they can be walked together.

It is not just a fun walk for your dog, it also helps your dog to get used to different kinds of people, push chairs, wheel chairs, socialization etc.

Security checks before we leave your premises.

Pet Sitting Services:

We know from experience that putting your cats and dogs into kennels and catteries interrupt your animals natural routine and this can be stressful for both your animal and yourself. We are more than happy to go to your house and cat, dog and pet sit for smaller animals for the entire day or even just a few hours.

We keep to the times that your animals are fed.

We ensure they always have clean fresh water.

We will clean your animals cages or litter trays if requested.

We will bring your newspapers and post in.

Before we leave we will make sure all windows and doors are locked.

We will close curtains/blinds if requested.

We will provide handling sessions if requested and they will get lots of TLC.

Caged animals can come to our home and be treated like one of the family (hamsters, gerbils, mice etc)

We can stay in your home to look after your animals when you are enjoying your holiday so you know they are relaxed and in a known environment too.
