About Me/ Company

I am a 22 year old student at the University of Hull. I am a very reliable and trustworthy person who has been passionate about animals since childhood. I would do absolutely anything to ensure the safety of an aninal. I am comfortable around all animals and any number of animals.
Working with animals has always been a passion of mine whether it be a paid position or voluntary.

Previous Experience

Although I have not had a paid pet sitting position, I have had a lot of experience working with animals. I have looked after friends pets as well as family member's pets and I have 2 dogs and a hedgehog of my own, so I feel I am experienced in looking after animals on a personal basis.
During College I did a 2 year placement at the Society of Abandoned animals which I really enjoyed as there is nothing better than gaining the trust of wary animal. I would walk the dogs, prepare the food for cats, dogs and rabbits, clean out their kennels/pens and do some basic training and play with them.
I did work experience in Blackpool Zoo working with farm animals, sealions, penguins and birds so I feel that my experience stretches further than your usual domestic pet.

Qualifications & Training

I have obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management at Eccles College and am currently studying Psychology in which I completed a level 5 course in Animal Behaviour.

Other Services

I am happy to do some light cleaning i.e. polish, sweep, hoover, mop for an additional cost.
I can do some basic training i.e. sit, paw, lie down, roll over, play dead, stay, wait etc.
If you are going away, I will be happy to pick up some groceries for your return i.e. bread, milk, for an addiontal cost.
