About Me/ Company

Hi my name is Catherine Whiteman, the founder of Doggy Ventures Bristol- A friendly, reliable, police checked and fully insured dog walking and pet sitting service in Bristol.

The Cycle powered doggy trailer is an environmentally friendly way to transport your dog along the Bristol to Bath cycle path to lovely walking destinations such as St Georges park, Eastville park, Ridgeway Fields and Woods and Snuff Mills.

Doggy Pick-ups along the path from areas including St Judes, Lawrence Hill, Barton Hill, Easton, Whitehall, St George and Greenbank for:
Walk A: St Georges Park / Eastville Park and other areas 12 – 1pm

Further pick-ups from areas including Speedwell, Clay Hill, Lodge Causeway, Fishponds and Staple Hill for:
Walk B: Snuff Mills, Ridgeway Field and other areas 1.45- 2.45pm.

Other areas covered are clifton, Redland and surrounding areas.

Previous Experience

Having always had dogs at home whilst growing up and into adulthood, I have always enjoyed walking my own dogs. as well as meeting with friends for joint walks with their dogs also.

I have around 18 months experience of walking other peoples dogs as a job. This has usually been group walks of 2-5 dogs per walk.

I have an interest in basic training of dogs including recall, to heal and sitting down when waiting to cross roads. etc.

Other Services

Doggy Ventures is not just for dogs! We also provide a pet sitting service and can visit your home when your at work or on holiday. I will feed, play and care for your pet. From cats and dogs, to mice, rabbits and everything fury in-between!

You may feel that a pet boarding service is more appropriate, particularly if going away for extended periods, I am now able to offer a small pet boarding service. (Usually small caged animals) for very competitive prices.
