About Me/ Company

Dog Walkers Northampton is a family business run by Fay Porter.

Our aim is to provide a service which gives you the freedom to go about your work safe in the knowledge that we are giving your dog the exercise, fun and companionship he or she needs to stay in tip top condition.

Having lived in Northampton for a considerable time, the town and surrounding areas are well known so finding suitable places for exciting walks poses no problem.

Previous Experience

We are pet friendly people and have had in our own lives, a Rough collie, Cairn terrier, English setter and currently two slightly eccentric Staffie crosses named Tilly and Tashsa.

Other Services

Our aim is to provide a service that will meet your needs and that of your pet so we feel it is vitally important to meet your pet, in your company, to discuss the services we are able to provide.

At our initial meeting, we will be able to take the opportunity to enjoy a short familiarisation walk with you and your pet which will give him or her the opportunity to get to know the walker and for you to see how your dog reacts with a different handler. We will also have the opportunity to discuss our advertised rates and to agree dates and times for the services you require.

We are able to operate a confidential key holding service if you will not be at home when we walk your pet(s). All keys held are identifiable by a number and will not show the name or address of the owner or property for your extra security.

We will of course answer any questions you may have and will also be able to provide documentary evidence of Insurance, CRB checks and Pet 1st Aid Certificates for your extra peace of mind.

At Dog Walkers Northampton we aim to provide a service that meets both yours and your pets requirements at very competitive rates and offer 1/2 hour walks, 1 hour walks and short comfort breaks for the odd times when it just isn't convenient for you to rush home in your lunch break or interrupt an important meeting just to let the dog out.

In addition we will be soon be introducing a Pet Taxi service for those of you who may have difficulty in getting to the vets or kennels
