Previous Experience

While I’ve mainly gained my experience through owning my own dog, I've also had the pleasure of helping family and friends with their dogs, ensuring they get the care they need while their owners are busy or away.

Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a breeder in caring for a litter of puppies, where I learned valuable skills such as handling, feeding, and even worming. This hands-on experience has deepened my understanding of dog behavior, puppy care, and the specific needs of different breeds and life stages.

One of the highlights of my experience was completing a two-week work placement at a veterinary clinic, where I learned about dog health, medical care, and handling from professionals in the field. This experience has given me a greater understanding of how to care for dogs of all ages and health conditions.

I have a vet terminology qualification that gives me a strong foundation in understanding animal health and medical care, as well as how to communicate about potential health concerns. As a first-year zoology student, I am gaining a deeper understanding of animal behavior and biology, which complements my passion for providing excellent care to pets. I am responsible, reliable, and eager to put my knowledge into practice while ensuring pets are safe and well-cared for."

Other Services

I am able to provide services of walking more than one dog at once for owners with multiple furry friends who like group walks. I am also available to do short visits/ drop ins to feed and give dogs some time outside for owners who are out for long periods of time.
