Having Bex walk Chester is the best thing we could do for him. He loves his walks and as a trained gun dog we were looking for more than just a walk around the park on a lead. Bex walks him on the lead when necessary but more importantly for us, walks him on the whistle which is a very rare commodity, making sure he stretches his legs and gets some real exercise. Owning two well trained dogs, Bex is more than capable of dealing with what Chester throws at her. Chester loves staying with Bex and whenever we drop him off he seems so happy to see both Bex and Simon. It is his second home and enables us to go away without a worry. I would recommend Bex to anyone who wants their dog cared for and exercised in the way that they would do it (or better), if they had the time.

Bex has been walking our 2 trained working cockers for over a year now. It's great to know they are handled by someone who trains them and uses the same commands I do. As she doesn't walk them with a pack of other dogs, they are worked properly. She's lovely to work with, responsible, always there, and loves our 2 spaniels! No idea what more we could want in a dog walker. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.

Previous Experience

We were the proud owners of two fantastic German Shepherds for almost 14 years before they passed away. A passion for field sports and shooting led us to the two lively English Springer Spaniels we have today and through a desire to see them trained and doing what they love, Balcombe Boy Gun Dogs was born.
The shooting season is short and we wanted to ensure that "special dog" had what it needed throughout the year in a friendly and loving environment. With access to acres of common land in the local area continuing a working dogs senses throughout the year searching and retrieving could never be easier.

Dog group walks on/off lead: £12.00 per Hour (Additional Dog £7.00)
��One full hour of exercise
��Safe, secure transportation
��Exercise on Horsell, Bookham, Ranmore & Wisley commons, away from traffic with plenty of heathland to practise those retrieves

Solo dog walks by special arrangement: £15.00 per Hour, £12.00 per 1/2 Hour
��A full 30 minutes or one hour of exercise & continuation of your training regime

Solo dog lead & recall training: £20.00 per Hour, £15.00 per 1/2 Hour
��A full one hour or 30 minutes exercise using slip lead and long lead training techniques to encourage good behaviour and recall

Day Boarding: £25.00 per day
��Pick up and drop off of your dog
��One full hour walk per day
��Safe, secure home environment for the duration of their stay

Full Boarding: £30.00 per night
